Sustainability meets luxury
The Green Living House represents our vision of a sustainable future. Built in traditional timber construction, this ecological passive house meets the latest environmental standards - from advanced photovoltaics and innovative air heat exchangers to highly efficient thermal insulation.
One highlight is the Object Carpet from Healthy Seas in our ski and bike depot and in the corridors of the suites: A carpet made from recycled plastic that once polluted our oceans.
Our sustainable Green Living Apartments
Our ten Green Living Apartments, which opened in 2021, offer a luxurious retreat with a green heart on approx. 35 m².
You can use the apartments as self-catering or, if required, book breakfast or our ¾ gourmet board.
Each apartment boasts a fully equipped kitchenette, a cozy bench and a pull-out sofa bed that invites you to relax.
The living experience is rounded off by separate bedrooms with comfortable box-spring beds and stylish bathrooms.

Thanks to our advanced solar panels, we not only generate sustainable energy, but also reduce your energy costs and thus contribute to an environmentally conscious stay.
Our heat recovery systems not only ensure a pleasant indoor climate, but also reduce the consumption of resources, allowing you to feel completely comfortable during your stay.
3 e-charging stations
If you are traveling with an electric vehicle, our e-charging stations (for a fee) are available to promote your mobility and offer you maximum convenience. At the same time, you are helping to reduce CO₂ emissions and actively contribute to environmental protection.
Regionality on the plate
Here you can enjoy hay milk, beer and mountain cheese directly from the Zillertal. As a special treat, we offer meat from our family-owned farm - a real rarity in Tux.
