Flexible cancellation conditions
- Up to 30 days before arrival: Changes and cancelations are possible free of charge up to 30 days before your planned arrival date. Please note that a processing fee of € 50.00 will be charged.
- Up to 14 days before arrival: We charge 40 % of the total price of your booking for cancellations or changes made up to 14 days before arrival.
- Up to 7 days before arrival: Changes or cancellations made up to 7 days before your arrival date will be charged at 70% of the total price of your booking.
- Up to one day before arrival: Cancellations or changes made one day prior to arrival, as well as no-shows, will be charged the full price for all nights booked.

To ensure that your vacation remains worry-free, we recommend our affordable Hotel Cancellation Plus insurance - including helicopter rescue.

Your faithful companion is always welcome! Your dog can stay with us for only € 22.00 per day (without food). We ask you to bring a cozy blanket or basket for your dog as well as a muzzle for the use of public transport. We ask for your understanding that dogs are not allowed in the restaurant. However, you can dine together with your four-legged friend in the cozy fireplace room.
